Well that's complicated and highly subjective. I've seen people happily living with ₹500/day. Also I've seen people struggle to survive while earning 2k/day. It depends on many factors like debt,family, area you're residing and moreover your lifestyle. If you want to live a super pretty moderate life then 1.5k/day is pretty comfortable space considering you don't have any debt or EMI and expensive children education.
