Orr you can say Yeah I know what it is , I have seen it before. Pretty sure I can fix it quickly for you. We are totally full but I gonna try to fix it now so that you don't have to wait. Now when you fix it quickly, they will think this mechanic is the best. It fix everything quickly . He put me ahead of the line just to fix my car. Now you have a costomer for life This is sales. Sales isn't making people buy things, it about selling your service. It's about giving them an experience which they will remember.
