Customer support AI is for generic knowledgebase related tasks and resolutions. In my tests it has failed to be more real-time with actual situation problems which can arise based on User-experience or actual product related issues. You can easily bypass refunds / payouts based scenarios for AI responses on platforms like Zomato, Swiggy etc which will in return be more expensive for the company.
