great questions Man let me give my perspective to these habits. so the habits build discipline and increase your chances of success, but no guarantees bcz the startups are dynamic in nature.For niche, focusing on deep customer understanding is what matters according to me . for broad markets may be the operations matters. Basically These habits Mostly, come from seeing what successful companies did. Sometimes experts tell you what should work and what not .a typical startup which is in its early stage probably not able to follow these habits It will be too much initially. so what we can do is that we can Pick the most important 3-5 first which can be done, then add more as you grow. In my perspective Look at happy customers (who stay!), happy employees, if each sale makes a profit, how well the company runs, and how it's truly solving a problem matters. these can be measured beyond the fundings.
