MVP (Minimum Viable Product): You should be aware of this term if you are an entrepreneur. Initially, an entrepreneur should focus on developing an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) instead of directly scaling up the company or launching different products or services. Let's understand this in detail: An MVP will help you build your platform in the right direction, according to customer requirements. When customers use this MVP, you will receive a lot of feedback, and these feedbacks are valuable. Such as : ↳ What features can be removed from the existing platform. ↳ What important features can be added to the platform. ↳ Is the existing product or service helping your customers? Do they really like it, or should we add other products or services that actually meet customer requirements? ↳ Is the current product/service price appropriate, or should it be adjusted or increased? These feedbacks can be implemented one by one, and the outcomes can be measured accordingly.
