If a startup adopts all 20 habits, does that guarantee exceptional performance, or just good discipline? How do these habits adapt or change in highly niche versus broad markets? Are these habits prescriptive, or do they emerge from existing success, Can a "median" startup realistically adopt all 20 without significant existing resources? And also, how do you measure exceptional beyond just funding or valuation?
