Your salary is 8000 rs so 1st thing u must do is save up 64000rs incase you have no job. u can save this in an rd or an fd or an sip. Your next goal is to save up for an emergency accident via health insurance or life insurance (this is yearly payment), so u must have at least saved up 6 months worth for health insurance when u don't have a job.. In the mean time develop a good portfolio preferably full stack with some projects and free open courses.. Once ready, You can then choose if you want to do a good course, freelance or join one of the founders to gain more experience and choose a path forward.. before you approach a founder u should learn some quick ways to develop an mvp ..
