🌝 Startup truth Series #1 – The Harsh Truth: Distribution > Product You can build the coolest tech. Make the cleanest UI. Design the slickest experience. But if no one sees it? It doesn’t exist. Painful truth: Distribution beats product. The graveyard of startups is full of great products with no users. Not because the product sucked But because the founder had no idea how to get it in front of people. 📢 Whether it’s: • Cold emails • Viral loops • Influencer seeding • SEO grind • Strategic partnerships • Building in public → You need a distribution engine. Don’t be the dev who builds quietly for 8 months and posts, “We launched! 🚀” Be the one who builds loud, early, and often. Great products die in silence. Average ones win with noise. Make sure you're making the right kind of noise 🌝👑

Obsessing over distribution is good, but it doesn’t help with when your product has high churn. Churn will always outpace the distribution and hence the growth. Building a good product is still number one priority.
