i understand you are indeed correct and I am working on solving that issue it surely to complex and about the fssai registration even when we are not the one preparing food but selling it we still need fssai so hygiene will be done from the start for sure and to handle the allergies the list of things put in the meal can be written at packing box and we are not selling this for individual but for a corporate office and all also food will be divided based on the veg and non veg and since our target is large corporate office we can take list of the people preferred food from them like a list of the people who are allergic with something and also surprise isn't and all surprises it just depends on the combination for surprise for eg. today you might have got the curry and roti but for tomorrow you might get fired rice or noodles or maybe jeera rice and dal tadka
