ya, it's not that much of a problem. yes maybe a little, but more or less language of communication in banglore is english in corporate culture, no racism in offices. yes on it may happen in tea stalls and auto rikshaw but not much in offices
I have idea for advertisement project in auto rikshaw in mumbai
brand who advertising in this type of advertising reaches around 2000 to 3000 genuine visitors.
and it's effective and less costly then outdoor media modules

It seems very unprofessional when employees in a company that hires pan India, talks to each other in their native language and not english. Specially for those IT companies in Banglore thay hire majorly from south Indian states, It feels very lonely
