Hey I am on Medial • 6m

I spent 2 years in startups and small BFSI companies, then took the leap to build my own fintech startup. I tried to put everything into it—time, energy, savings. But the truth is, it failed. Not because I didn’t try hard enough, but because the market didn’t care. Competing with listed unicorns when your product can be built as a feature in a week—it’s a losing battle. I learned that the hard way. And I wasn’t able to crack the tech Now I’m here, looking for a job. Not out of regret, but out of clarity. Now i know how to adapt, and how to survive when nothing goes your way. I know how to take ownership, move fast without waiting for instructions, and stay calm under pressure. Trying to with a founder as their right hand man or at founder’s office Have done and can do everything thats required except for Tech/ Finance and legal. Help an ex founder who’s trying to get back. Thanks in advance

I don't come from a network. No tier 1 college. No family connections. No startup friends. Just me, building silently. Trying. Failing. Learning. But, I hit a point where I know this I need a Mentor. Not to spoon feed, but who'll tell me the hard

The first book I ever read was Founder’s Office by Sarthak Ahuja. When I read it years ago, I didn’t really get it. I was too early in my journey to understand what it was trying to teach. Reading it again now felt completely different. The way Sart
