The first book I ever read was Founder’s Office by Sarthak Ahuja. When I read it years ago, I didn’t really get it. I was too early in my journey to understand what it was trying to teach. Reading it again now felt completely different. The way Sarthak Ahuja breaks down how a company should be built into five parts makes so much sense. Every idea connects with real case studies and examples that hit deeper when you’ve actually been in the game for a while. It’s funny how the same book can feel brand new when you’ve grown enough to see what it was trying to tell you all along. It’s always good to re-read the good books.
