For a 1 crore income, A farmer pays zero taxes. A street vendor pays zero taxes. A corporate pays 25L on profits. A salaried employee pays 31L tax on income. When will everyone pay their fair share of taxes? any ideas how can it be fixed?

street vendors income was hard to calculate before online payment but now they too pay taxes when the authority gets their eye on the income to be disproportionately high. farmers won't be taxed because most of the black money is cleaned through this way and political people use it extensively.
