This is very much hurting. I've been part of the Swiggy as a delivery chap. Reading this has given me horrific chills. Can relate the challenges I faced too. I humbly request all users to opt for an eco-friendly delivery option, probably available on Swiggy, at least. I hope the other ventures do work on such options for users, to NOT opt for a quick delivery. OM SHANTI
