The "Next" button issue is actually a known bug in their platform - it has nothing to do with your answers. Try using a different browser (Firefox worked for me after Chrome failed), and make sure you don't have any script blockers or privacy extensions active. If that doesn't work, clear your cache and cookies completely. Google's support was useless when I contacted them, but eventually got it to work by switching devices entirely and using my iPad.
