Registration might cost ₹5K–₹10K. But brace yourself for the yearly compliance: DIR-3 KYC, filing Form 11, Form 8, ITRs, and if you have turnover, audits. All in, expect ₹10K–₹25K minimum every year. More if your CA decides you look “funded.” 💸
