That's the worst and stupidest advice on this topic. The point is to have a bigger and brighter vision and think beyond Valuation Game. People will love it if you give them 100rs on their 2000rs order when they find and apply a particular coupon. Or they spend their time in fulfilling your "free order" requirements. Is this all our Nation needs? That's where the difference is needed, why does every one want to do the same? And honestly bro, If I were to give you an Example - America and Russia (Soviet, back then) were in a cold war and that led to so much innovation in both countries (there is a list, you can check it out) China, who also keeps an eye on what America is doing has made significant growth in every sector, even made US based companies dependent on their manufacturing power. For example - BYD overtaking Tesla. Now imagine if they thought the same. "We should not focus on America, blah blah BS)" They would have not pushed their boundaries.
