Hi Guys, There is a website vlebazaar.in. I have placed an order on July 27 2024 and I haven't received an order. I tried reaching their customer care team, Their customer care people speak in Hindi only. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. But It didn't happen. I raised an order cancellation request on Email, Their website, Their support system also. They are using Razorpay Payment Gateway and I have approached them. After approaching Razorpay they sent me the product in 5 days. But I have placed an order of realme Air 5 pro ear buds worth 4000/- but received redmi 5 ear buds worth 1700/- I raised an order return request but there is no response from them. I want to file a consumer complaint on them. Can you please suggest what to do and how to do it.
