👉🏻Took some time to realise: Razorpay >>>>>> Cashfree. Razorpay takes more time to verify a website — they call, ask a few questions, and some processes are manual. On the other hand, Cashfree whitelists the domain instantly, with no need to wait for an agent’s approval. But yesterday, I needed help with a query. I raised a ticket on Cashfree, but no one responded — not even the account manager via phone. Seeing no hope, I contacted Razorpay. I already had an account with them. They called me within minutes, understood the urgency, and by 2 PM today, the process had started. I received my API keys by 6 PM. It still took 4 hours because I had to resolve some issues on my end — but I’m really happy with their service 😁.
