What the hell is this, IRCTC? I’m traveling from Pune to Hyderabad on the Shatabdi Express, and you're serving outdated food? This is absolutely unacceptable. I was expecting a comfortable journey, but this has completely ruined my experience. Please take responsibility and respond to this. Such negligence towards passengers' health needs to be called out!
