“𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁. 𝗢𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁.” 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐠’𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐈. Most companies hire for skills. But the best companies hire for obsession. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁: → Obsessed people don’t watch the clock. → They don’t need micromanagement. → They work hard because they care. Alexandr doesn’t ask about degrees or titles in interviews. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝, 𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬 𝟔 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 1. What’s the hardest you’ve worked on something? 2. How many hours did you work? 3. Why did you push that hard? 4. When were you most unmotivated? 5. What’s your proudest work? 6. Was it worth it? Because people who are obsessed always say — “𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐭.” 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵? Most people don’t care enough. And that’s why most companies don’t build anything legendary. Culture isn’t fancy offices, free food, or perks. Culture is simple: People who deeply care. 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 → 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 → 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. Not by words. But by proof. 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂: What’s that one thing you obsessed over — just because you loved it? Drop it in comments. I’d love to know.

People don’t just buy products; they buy status. If something is sold cheaply in a regular place, most won’t care. But brand it, sell it in a premium store at a higher price, and suddenly, everyone wants it. It’s not just about the product—it’s about
