Totally, but that’s exactly the point. Smart investors know the difference. They don’t skip the moat convo- they tailor it. In D2C, distribution is the moat. In AI infra? Moat or die. My post isn’t applying “SaaS logic” to everything- it’s calling out lazy capital that doesn't ask the right questions for the category it’s betting on.
