A brutally honest truth about making $1M is this: It often requires you to sacrifice your time, relationships, peace of mind, and comfort — for way longer than you think. Everyone talks about hustle and strategy, but no one tells you how lonely, obsessed, and emotionally exhausted you might become chasing it. Success can feel empty if you lose yourself in the process or if you were chasing it to prove something rather than to fulfill something real. Also — it’s not about working harder, it’s about working on the right things, with the right mindset, and adapting fast. The grind is real, but clarity is what actually scales you.

You don’t need more time. You need less hesitation. Stop chasing perfect. Start building messy. Clarity comes after action. Not before. It’s not about doing it right. It’s about doing it until it’s right.

Burnout isn’t about working too much. It’s about: Doing the wrong work Lying to yourself about progress Chasing people you don’t even like Pretending you’re fine Ignoring your wins Work on that, not just your workload.

No one really talks about how lonely SaaS building can get. It’s just you, the keyboard, and your own thoughts for hours. Still, there’s something beautiful about building something out of nothing.

I’m learning that building something isn’t just about the idea it’s about who you become while chasing it. Every small doubt, every quiet win, shapes that version of me I’m yet to meet.

Been thinking a lot about how startups die.
It's rarely the idea.
It’s usually the speed. Or lack of it. Or could be something you may talk about. Came across this old military concept- the OODA Loop - and it’s amazing. Observe -Orient -Decide -Ac

Nobody talks about how lonely business can get. The late nights, the doubts, the pressure to always look like you have it together—it’s real. But here’s the thing: every setback teaches you, every win, no matter how small, pushes you forward. It’s no
