We sit in classrooms, write essays on deforestation, and listen to lectures about saving the environment. We’re told not to cut trees, not to harm nature, because it leads to global warming. And then, outside these classrooms, 400 acres of trees are cut down, approved by the same system that teaches us all this. What’s the point? We’re made to memorize words they don’t even believe in. It’s not just hypocrisy. It’s the reality we live in.
