Zepto’s work culture is toxic. Don’t expect any work life balance, you will have to work on holidays if required. Most senior management lacks experience, high level of office politics, regular removal of people they don’t “like”.

Guys,
I’ve been to Europe, and life there felt so easy and balanced. People value experiences over material things, and there’s a real focus on living well—public transport works, healthcare is accessible, and work-life balance is actually a thing.
