Numbers might have a subjective value, in terms of a reaction, depending on who those numbers are being pitched to. On the other hand a proper narrative helps breakdown, the passion, aggressiveness and the purpose of the person who’s pitching it. I try to use a mix of both, and try to understand/observe through mere reactions, follow-up questions, as what’s selling better 😁
