Something similar crossed my mind recently. There are so many people who travel city to city every day or few weeks for their work or personal reasons. And logistics in India is quite expensive for businesses. Why can't we make a system where these frequent or even one time travelers could deliver the packages across the cities. And like you've mentioned about booking a seat for a person, how will you look after safety of passenger? And besides, don't you think they will be uncomfortable being a driver for someone?

once a kyc verified driver took my parcel though it wasn't very valuable but yeah a bad experience similar issues won't work better if u connect with public transport for metros that's safer
