I have fully built and launched a platform called PickEvery — a peer-to-peer delivery + travel earning app. 📱 Android & iOS apps are live 🌐 Website is ready — https://www.pickevery.com/ 🛠️ Admin panel & backend are production-ready The concept: If someone is traveling from a city like Udaipur to a nearby village, and a villager needs urgent items (medicines, documents, essentials), they can simply request it — and the traveler can deliver it on the way and earn. Now my question is — what’s the best way to execute this in the real market? 👉 Should I onboard travelers first or customers first? 👉 Should I start with Udaipur only or go wider? 👉 What’s the step-by-step launch strategy you would suggest? I would love expert opinions, feedback, or guidance from founders, operators, and investors.
