Am I the only one worried about how technology is replacing genuine human connection? Mental health isn't something you can solve through an app. In our Indian culture, we've traditionally relied on family support, community connections, and sometimes spiritual guidance. These apps feel like a cold, clinical replacement for genuine human empathy. Sure, for urban, educated professionals, these platforms might work. But what about the vast majority of India that still struggles with mental health literacy? We need more grassroots awareness, not just another tech solution.
