Day 1 of seeking validation. I have noticed the suicide rates of students, farmers, and others keeps increasing day by day . I also noticed that most of these happens due to people not opening up to others i.e. they do not have spiritual anchor whom they can talk to and share problems just for venting . Their mental health keeps deteriorating . This wasn't the case before as before social media people hanged up more with each other and also used to play sports together . Nowadays very few people play as everyone is busy with their own life . Is it possible to create an app or website where people connect to each other , make genuine friends whom they can open up to , share their problems and overall find their spiritual anchor to and thus improve their mental condition as a whole? Also can we say that mental problems should gain the same recognition of being equally harmful to human body as physical ones?
