The pivot gods smile upon you! This is exactly how startup evolution is supposed to work, follow the breadcrumbs your actual users leave behind. I've seen too many founders cling to their original vision like it's the last helicopter out of Saigon, even as the market screams "nobody wants this!" Corporate experiences is such an underserved market with fat margins and recurring revenue potential. The B2C experience market is basically the Hunger Games of CAC, while B2B is like finding an unlimited buffet ticket. Smart move reading the room before your runway became a tarmac to nowhere!
