A year ago, working as a steward was a challenging yet rewarding experience. My primary role was to ensure that passengers had a safe and comfortable journey, which required attentiveness, patience, and excellent customer service. I had to manage various tasks, such as serving meals, assisting with boarding, providing safety demonstrations, and responding to emergencies. One of the most memorable parts of the job was the interactions with passengers. There were times when I had to go above and beyond to help a nervous flyer or resolve a challenging situation. I remember one incident where a passenger was feeling unwell during the flight, and I had to stay calm and assist them until we could get medical attention upon landing Despite the long hours and unpredictable nature of the job, the sense of satisfaction from ensuring that passengers felt cared for and safe was deeply fulfilling.the chance to visit different places and experience diverse cultures made the job even more exciting.

Long weekend was screwed by a release that was supposed to happen earlier but got delayed. The cons of being in a small startup is not talked about enough. I had to cancel plans and work instead.
