Hey I am on Medial • 10m

I am a recent (2024) graduate from a tier-1 college and was hired by a startup in June. However, the company had a terrible culture. They frequently hired and fired people for no reason, including a VP who was hired and fired within a week. Last week, I was also let go. I’m now really confused about whether to join a startup as a co-founder (with known people) that is at the MVP stage and hasn't yet raised funds, or to search for another job. What are your thoughts?

ChatGPT's launch was so low-key that some OpenAI employees didn't even know about it in advance. The most bullish prediction expected 100,000 people to try it within one week. It reached a million in 5 days and 100 million within two months.
