Hey I am on Medial • 1y

I am a recent (2024) graduate from a tier-1 college and was hired by a startup in June. However, the company had a terrible culture. They frequently hired and fired people for no reason, including a VP who was hired and fired within a week. Last week, I was also let go. I’m now really confused about whether to join a startup as a co-founder (with known people) that is at the MVP stage and hasn't yet raised funds, or to search for another job. What are your thoughts?

Failed in Public: Week 1 - Survived. It's been a full week since my launch fell flat on its face. The plan was to "build in public," but it quickly became a lesson in "failing in public." There was no magic moment this week. No sudden flood of users.
