𝟰 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱... Moving from the 1st to the 2nd Quadrant Often, we find ourselves in a job where we are skilled, but it’s not our true passion (dharma). This typically happens because we are drawn to a good salary or driven by the immediate need for work. The easiest way to transition from the 1st to the 2nd quadrant is by seeking opportunities to do what you love within your existing job, rather than starting something entirely new. A real example: There’s a person who is passionate about poetry and loves to deliver poems and shayari. He was working a job that wasn’t his passion, but he found a way to incorporate what he loved. He started reciting his poems and shayaris during company programs for festivals and events. As the company had different branches, he was invited to perform at various locations. Over time, he honed his skills as a poet while still working in his job. Eventually, this gave him the freedom to leave his job.
