Ideas have no boundaries - convo with an Uber driver ! So I took an Uber to home from my coaching. While driving, he got a phone call about buying a 2nd hand car. When the call ended, I asked him if he wanted to change his car as the Uber was quite good. And then he told the thing - 1. He works as a personal driver. 2. He has a personal car which he uses as Uber on weekends and holidays. 4. He has 2 more 2nd hand cars which are used by 2 of his drivers and he earns 20% of what profit they make. 5. He has a bike which he has given on lease to a Zomato driver. 6. He recently got another scooty to be given to a driver for Rapido and he'll earn 15% of what he makes. 7. If any of the driver manages to get few other drivers to work with him, he'll provide them with cars if he has, and give the driver 30% of the 1st month income of the new driver. It was fun to know as well as impressive. India is really growing 📈
