Let's say I'm going to build a startup, service aggregator, to be specific a company like ola uber which will provide rides to user and earning opportunities to drivers, vehicle owners, as a prominent/frequent user's of ola, uber, rapido, indrive, Lyft, user's what is the most annoying thing you find in these app, and what features do you expect to be available or what thing's is should try to make my startup find out. which I might consider to be customer and driver friendly company.
