Namma yatri revenue model is different from Ola and uber. Namma yatri revenue model is a subscription basis that takes from the driver, they don't take any commission after each and every ride. While ola and uber takes commission nearly 30% (not sure the exact numbers) after completion of every ride. So as a driver it is easy for them to just pay small amount as subscription rather than giving a cut on each ride. So many switched from ola and uber to namma yatri.
