𝟰 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 : Before reading the post, check which quadrant you belong to. { Image } Most people will fall into the 1st or 4th quadrant, while very few will be in the 2nd quadrant. If you find yourself in the 3rd quadrant, it can be quite disheartening. :( So, it's important to first identify your quadrant so you can take the right steps to move from the 1st or 4th quadrant to the 2nd. In my next posts, I will discuss how to make this shift. Until then, happy writing!

we always procrastinate about skills, but the reality is people never sit for hours straight to upskill themselves, lots of t yapping and excuses come along the way. I'm already in the 2nd quadrant and I always thank my millennial father, teachers and of course God.

No one has absolutely no skill yaar, you can be good at ops and sales but bad at marketing, no tech knowledge or whatever. You must find the right kind of people with the right skills to fill the gaps in yours and lighten the load a bit. You can't be fully skilled and have absolute passion too you know.
