If you don't want to shut down your restaurant business, then don't miss this. Well we are talking about Coca Cola selling MILK. What! Yes, not amul milk, coca cola milk. It's called Fair Life, and in the US they are selling close to $1 billion of this milk. What is their proposition? They have extracted the lactose and taken away the sugar and now it has 2 times of protein. but why are they doing this? because they are following the customer trend. Which Nokia did not, blackberry did not, kodak did not and they cease to exist. But coca cola is a billion dollar giant who understands that today the customer is talking about being healthy. Now this is a big difference between a billion dollar company and a local kirana store. Let me explain. In India today 57% customers are willing to spend more for healthier and greener option. 68% wants to continue to live healthy and eat healthy. But is your business evolving? Today local kirana stores are shutting down because customers don't want to step down even to buy Anda Pav, and with adulteration like fake paneer, customers are trusting brand more and more. So if you have a restaurant business, say A Fine Dine Restaurant. What should you do? 1] You should mention your source of your vegetables and non veg and anything that you are sourcing. That we buy from here and this is organic. 2] You should write down exact number of calories that the dish has because customers are today counting calories. 3] The most important thing - You should write down the macros, protein, carbs, fats. What is there in their entire dish? so that they can make an healthier choice, understood? Well if you don't follow you will also be A Prehistoric Dinosaur in business and if you have leant something from this read, please do like and comment and do share with those one person whose business needs to change or it will DIE.
