I think you're putting too much emphasis on building "indigenously" rather than building effectively. The most successful Indian startups don't succeed because they're Indian - they succeed because they solve problems better than alternatives. Your nationalistic framing might actually be hindering your ability to access global talent pools and partnerships. The truth is that health-tech is a global industry, and the most innovative solutions often come from diverse teams across borders. Rather than worrying about "some white guy" beating you to market, focus on building the best possible solution by leveraging talent and partnerships wherever you can find them. Success in this space requires pragmatism, not nationalism.
