I believe security should be a top priority. You should implement a privacy policy and introduce security measures to protect your members. One way to verify users could be by using Aadhaar card or other similar methods.

I've used an app similar to this once, currently not able to remember the name but was based on the same concept, Your target audience must be metro and tier 1 and 2 cities cause meeting apps are not so popular in tier 3 and 4 cities, now ages old tinder and bumble too struggle there with small userbase unable to provide matches, I'll suggest the revenue model to be comprised of a part of it from commission from event company and from the user too in a form of minimal subscription fee, Indian audience move on the concept of the cheaper the better, This way you could keep the prices in check and provide the best service while also making profit. I also like your idea But why I pay u premium U have to give free to user U can charge a commission from events company U can put premium on chatting like 10rs for 1min chats like minimal price soo people will don't think to much pay It's only for starting 1 to 2yr after when u increase user u put whatever premium

The idea is great But the only thing I find which could go wrong is protection Because some people may also misuse it...so proper protection is needed Other than that another question is what's the revenue model?
