Swiggy is not going to sell the stake in instamart. The future is quick commerce not e-commerce especially in India.

Imo Amazon buying out means they get instant market presence and can leverage existing infrastructure. But, integration can be a nightmare - different company cultures and processes can clash. That would be bad, pre-IPO

With blinkit, dunzo, bbnow and Zepto already established. Amazon buying out could be a quick way to gain foothold in this competitive space. Flipkart, being an Indian company/having the team, might be more confident in building a solution that caters specifically to Indian consumers. They tried their hands on acquisition too, a while back. Which didn’t work out.

How Amazon and Flipkart used to avoid scam by sellers during early days? I am asking when Fulfilment by Amazon and Flipkart was not very prominent. I have heard in news channels that one guy ordered laptop through Flipkart have received bricks.

I wanted to buy 4 tyres for my old maruti ritz, and it wasn't a pleasant experience on flipkart and amazon either! So i bought 2 tyres now from different accounts to manage the best price! Buying more quantity should be cheaper instead like this flip
