You're just reinventing the wheel with extra AI buzzwords. "Founder's mindset" is such a nebulous concept - every founder thinks differently! What would you even train this on? And this completely ignores the real problem with hiring: bias. Your AI would just learn the same biases that founders have, potentially making discrimination WORSE, not better. At least with CVs there's some standardization to compare candidates objectively.

the whole idea is every founder will have their own trained model. not a single one. as for biases that you're talking about, it's also part of culture fit. do you really want to work somewhere where the people have negative thinking about you?
