I was talking to someone recently, like consulting them about their ideas. They said they don't believe in CV. And I feel in this day and age, CV are bullshit. It's all about how you gel with company culture and it's people, kaam to ata hi hai aur baki choti moti kasar seekh hi lete hai. So I was thinking what if we made an ai that was trained on founder's mindset. The candidate will talk to this ai, ai will analyse from founder's point of view and make notes to give recruiting team. Kyuki many candidates are really good fit but HR and other managers are not the right person to assess. And many times ats automatically rejects these candidates too. So this will be a cheap and effective way to find candidates as if founder himself shortlisted them
