that's good that will ofc retain the quality but the distribution costs go twice if not more as you'll have to make sure it's frozen till the last mile. you can see waffle mill cookies and try to experiment there the cookies are fantastic the pricing is good too they lack heavily in distribution and execution if you can solve that then you can really be profitable and have a good product, later on as you

Obsessing over distribution is good, but it doesn’t help with when your product has high churn. Churn will always outpace the distribution and hence the growth. Building a good product is still number one priority.
