I am looking to start a new business and the product I am planning for is 'Waffwich'.
Waffwich will be a waffle icecream sandwich basically with two variants and multiple flavors. First variant would be icecream in between waffles & anoth
Obsessing over distribution is good, but it doesn’t help with when your product has high churn. Churn will always outpace the distribution and hence the growth.
Building a good product is still number one priority.
Can traditional biscuits like Parle, Good Day, and 50-50 be replaced by handmade bakery cookies?

Google is finally starting to impress on the product the distribution advantage will kick in shortly- a good reminder when distribution is proprietary, distribution wins example Comcast VS Netflix, when distribution is commoditized best product wins
