Yeah since you seem to have experience and I am hoping you are speaking to that I will agree. My question is not just the calculations that go into are known, I get that. The major point I am trying to drive and questioning is 1. Is the process of this iterative calculation cumbersome for founders? 2. There has to be more modification done in planning your financial model than just lowering the prices right; you can have cheaper labour cost but the architechture tech cost remain pretty similar 3. India can only still be called as an experiment based market especially for AI so delivering value comes through mostly with execution in my experience I do agree with your point on lower prices being balanced by lower costs; but I would like to know more about your experience with planning this model out. What references did you use? How quickly or frequently you had to remodel everything? How does a person go from marketing cost to MRR; what’s the on paper journey? Would like to know more
