Hey! I'm a third year IT engineering student from a tier 3 college. I am a MERN stack developer as well. My campus placements in about 4 months from now, and I'm very much confused about what to do? I have very average knowledge of DSA (≈50 Questions solved), i heavily rely on chatgpt, claude for most of my work (project related, DSA solutions). Where should I focus more in these 3-4 months? should I continue with dev or start DSA sincerely?

If you want a good job, focus on DSA for the next 3-4 months. Solve 300+ questions, practice daily, and make it your top priority. Dev can wait—placements first.

Only DSA can get you placed in dream companies. This is the sad truth 😔 As the CTC of a company decrease they will check your skills but if a company is giving a high CTC it will be having people with skills so they will only be checking the problem solving skills.
