I am currently learning MERN stack currently in 3rd year or my engineering journey and i have no intention of taking placement from my shitty University. Instead I'm looking forward for masters in USA. In order for me to get tech jobs in USA what skills should I learn? Is DSA relevant even in USA?

Have you seen the situation with H1B? Unless you find a company who is willing to handle immigration, you have better chance at winning a lottery.

In my opinion DSA is the foundation of any IT domain, if you consider big tech like maang they always ask DSA questions for any entry level position, but if your Target company's are startup so along with DSA you should know the latest technologies.
