I would Suggest You Brush up on your Skills and Try for Off-campus Placement as you said your college doesn't have Placements, And you also Need to Look after your Family, So First Focus on getting a source of income Work 9-5 job and then I'd you're really very passionate about YouTube, Then Pursue that in your Free time and Weekends.

Just focus more on Placement prep or on Some Compititive Exams/ Coding or development. And Do make videos on the experience you get from their, if you do make videos on separate topics then too do the preparation of placement because now a their is so much competition on YouTube and Once you have a stable option then you can try to grow on YouTube

Let me tell you something. If your financially unstable go for campus placement. If you r from tier 3 or 2 college then try off campus. Build a good portfolio and resume. Build your online presence. Do some good project. This will give u opportunities. After joining any company, then do YouTube as side hustle. Grow your subscribers and create quality content.
